Hourly Rates
Hourly rate comes with the following amenities:
- Well-lit and clean working space
- Fully air-conditioned area
- 24/7 monitoring
- Unlimited coffee and water
- Free use of Kettle
Day Rate MWF - (11am - 8pm), Saturday (8am-10pm)
- 55 pesos/hour
Night Rate (10pm onwards)
- reservation only
- 70 pesos/hour
- Discount per customer in same appointment time: 5 pesos less per hour
- Minimum rate: 50 pesos/hour per customer

Membership
1,500 pesos/month
- 40 hours of co-working space use (day-time only)
- 10% discount on night-time hourly rate (includes daytime if allotted 40 hours are used up)
- Priority booking
Event Space Rental
Host your next meeting, workshop, or social gathering in our versatile space:
- Base rate: 500 pesos/hour
- Minimum booking: 2 hours
- 4+ hours booking: 10% discount
- Full-day booking (8 hours): 15% discount
Additional services:
- Staff assistance (if required): 100 pesos/hour
